We were consultants for a property development group who sought to develop the grounds of a small Public House for residential development.


The planning application for 3 two storey and 5 three storey dwellings was refused on ‘over-development’ grounds.


However, following our planning appeal this decision was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate, agreeing with the case we put forward, in that it did not constitute ‘over-development’ and granted planning permission.
